Meet Niall
Niall Burns has spent the past 15 years working in hospitality, with the last decade dedicated specifically to the coffee industry. Throughout his career, he's had the privilege of working with some of London's leading coffee shops and bakeries, where he developed a deep appreciation for quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service.
Rather than simply working for brands, his focus is on working with them — creating bespoke experiences that elevate and complement their identity.
Split-Milk was born out of that philosophy. A premium mobile barista experience built on doing things properly — great coffee, friendly service, and an approach that fits seamlessly into any event.
